Meet Samineh, Skills for Education and Employment Centre Manager at MTC FutureReady Parramatta. Her journey in adult education began in Iran in 2008, where she worked as a TESOL teacher. Those early years provided valuable hands-on experience for her and sparked a passion for helping adults build their skills, achieve their goals, and create brighter futures.

While committed to her role, she was finding it difficult to balance work, family responsibilities and personal challenges. These pressures affected her confidence, wellbeing and work-life balance, putting her employment at risk.
