Workforce Australia

Workforce Australia is a government-funded program designed to help people prepare for and find work. When you join MTC’s Workforce Australia program you’ll work one-on-one with a Coach who will help you identify your strengths and needs and get you ready for work.

Our Inclusive Employment Australia program helps people living with a long-term disability, injury, or illness, find suitable employment. As a participant, you’ll work at a pace that suits you with a dedicated support to help you to identify your needs, set some goals, and create a plan for achieving them.
