MTC FutureReady’s Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) Program helps you improve your English reading, writing, maths and computer skills. The program is perfect for those who want to prepare for work or continue their studies, to boost confidence, engage with their community, and access more job opportunities. We focus on creating a friendly and supportive community for people from all backgrounds, with lessons tailored to you, helping you build a strong foundation for your future.
The Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) Program is funded by the Australian Government Department of Employment and Workplace Relations.
How the SEE Program works
When you choose MTC as your SEE Program provider, you get access to free training in English, maths and digital skills. We offer part-time, full-time, and flexible study options to fit your schedule.
Here’s what you’ll learn in the SEE program:
English and numbers: Our classes help you improve English reading, spelling and writing, as well as maths, making you more confident and ready for work and further education.
Computer Skills: We offer separate classes focused on digital skills, teaching you how to use computers effectively in English.
Employability Skills: We assist you with job search techniques, building strong resumes, and preparing for interviews. Not only that, we help you develop to take on new opportunities in your current job.
With the SEE program, you’ll gain the essential skills to achieve your goals.
Participant Support
At MTC, we aim to make your learning journey not just educational, but life-changing. Our Support Services are here to help you overcome any barriers you might face.
While you are studying you will have access to our dedicated Participant Support Officers (PSOs). They are focused on ensuring you get the most out of your training with MTC by keeping you motivated, helping you find work, and reaching your goals. You’ll start with a 1-on-1 Introductory Session early in your training and have up to 3 hours of PSO sessions throughout your training with us.
No matter what challenges you encounter—academic, personal, or logistical—your PSO is there to support you every step of the way.
