Skills for Education & Employment (SEE)

MTC FutureReady’s Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) Program helps you build confidence and improve your language, literacy, numeracy, and digital skills. The program is perfect for those who want to prepare for work or continue their studies, and tailored to your abilities and goals. We focus on creating a supportive community so you feel comfortable and safe while learning.

The Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) Program is funded by the Australian Government Department of Employment and Workplace Relations.

How the SEE Program works

When you choose MTC as your SEE Program provider, you get access to free training in language, literacy, numeracy, and digital skills. We offer part-time, full-time, and flexible study options to fit your schedule.

Here’s what you’ll learn in the SEE program:

Employability Skills: We assist you with job search techniques, developing strong resumes, and preparing for interviews. Not only that, we help you develop to take on new opportunities in your current employment.

Computer Skills: We offer focused support on digital literacy, teaching you how to use computers, devices and software more effectively.

Language, Literacy and Numeracy: Our classes help you improve spelling, maths and oral communication skills, making you more confident and ready for your next steps.

With the SEE program, you’ll gain the essential skills to achieve your goals.

The SEE Program is now for all eligible Australians.

If you want to improve your Language, Literacy, Numeracy or digital skills, you now can with the SEE Program. Check your eligibility and learn how to enrol in the SEE Program today.
