Mamie, founder and Director of Royal Care Disability Services, came to MTC FutureReady Penrith, with a vision to grow her disability support business and create greater opportunities for people living with disability.
Through her participation in the SEA Coaching Program, Mamie gained valuable business guidance, practical strategies, and ongoing support that helped strengthen her leadership skills and turn her vision into a sustainable and growing business.
Driven by her passion to empower people living with disabilities, Mamie established Royal Care Disability Services to provide person-centred support that helps participants achieve greater independence, confidence, and quality of life. With the support of the SEA Coaching Program, she refined her business approach, developed clear growth strategies, and built a strong foundation for future success.
As a result of her dedication and commitment, Royal Care Disability Services has expanded its operations and now proudly operates from its own office in Penrith. This milestone marks a significant step forward for the business and reflects Mamie’s hard work, resilience, and determination.
Today, Royal Care Disability Services is a trusted NDIS provider delivering tailored supports that meet the unique needs and goals of participants. The new office provides a strong platform for continued growth and enables the team to support more individuals and families across the community.
