Inclusive Employment Australia is an Australian Government employment program designed to support people with disability, injury or health conditions to find and maintain meaningful work and grow their career.
Joining Inclusive Employment Australia with MTC FutureReady is free and does not affect any other supports your Participant receives through their NDIS plan.
Eligibility
Accessing Inclusive Employment Australia is simple for NDIS Participants. Participants may be eligible if they:
Are currently receiving NDIS services
Have completed an ESAt at any time

We understand the unique challenges people on a NDIS plan can face when entering or returning to the workforce. That’s why our services are designed to provide practical, personalised support at every stage.
- A bespoke program – Employment Readiness – which covers Goal Setting, Managing Stress and Anxiety, Life Management Strategies and Workplace Expectations.
- Tailored resumes and job applications.
- Coaching with job search.
- Interview skills and training.
- Connections with employers and support with job carving.
- Career advice and linkages to relevant training
- Post placement support and ongoing support when you start working
- Counselling to support people with the usual challenges that come with starting a new job and juggling life with work.
- Remote services include bilingual online meetings, phone, and chat messaging to ensure equitable access.
MTC offers more than just standard employment services. Our wrap around and allied health services are a vital piece of the puzzle when it comes to making sure that Participants can get ready for, find and keep meaningful employment.
